摘要:

针对海上联合作战装备型种多样、体系构成复杂、能力生成涉及因素多等特点, 提出了一种面向不确定任务场景的装备体系贡献率评估方法。首先, 分析了海上联合作战装备体系结构、不确定型多任务场景组成和装备体系效能评估指标构成; 然后, 基于直觉模糊综合评估提出了面向不确定多任务场景的装备体系贡献率评估方法; 最后, 通过一个实例对体系贡献率评估方法的计算过程进行分析, 说明了本文所提方法针对海上联合作战装备体系贡献率评估的有效性。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of various equipment types, complex composition and many factors involved in capability generation of maritime joint combat equipment system of systems (SoS), an evaluation method of equipment SoS contribution rate for uncertain mission scenes is proposed. Firstly, the structure of equipment SoS, the composition of uncertain multi task scene and the composition of equipment SoS effectiveness evaluation index in maritime joint operations are analyzed. Then, based on intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, an evaluation method of equipment SoS contribution rate for uncertain multi mission scene is proposed. Finally, an example is given to analyze the calculation process of the SoS contribution rate evaluation method, which shows the effectiveness of the proposed method for the contribution rate evaluation of maritime joint combat equipment SoS.
