Abstract: The evaluation of equipment’s contribution rate to system-of-systems is of great significance to equipment demonstration and construction of equipment system-of-systems. The concept and connotation of equipment’s contribution rate to system-of-systems are analyzed systematically. The three evaluation aspects of equipment’s structure contribution rate to system-of-systems, equipment’s capability contribution rate to system-of-systems and equipment’s effectiveness contribution rate to system-of-systems are mainly summarized. The existing problems and development trends of current theoretical methods are pointed out from the three aspects of the unity of evaluation background and dimension, the construction of evaluation method and model, and the application of evaluation results. The research can provide reference for the evaluation and application of equipment’s contribution rate to system-of-systems.
