摘要:

随着多功能雷达(multifunctional radar, MFR)和认知电子战的不断发展,现有干扰决策体系越来越难以满足现代化战争的需求。对此,构建了一种对MFR的认知干扰决策体系。首先,构建了MFR信号层级结构,在此基础上结合认知特点,提出了认知干扰决策体系,使得对MFR的干扰决策体系具备了一定的认知能力。其次,对体系中的关键技术——干扰库和案例库的构建和更新、干扰有效性分析和基于强化学习的干扰策略分别进行了研究分析。对认知电子战的发展具有重要的理论和实际意义。

Abstract:

With the continuous development of multifunctional radar (MFR) and cognitive electronic warfare technology, traditional jamming decision-making systems are increasingly difficult to meet the needs of modern warfare. Aiming at this, a cognitive jamming decision-making system against MFR is constructed. Firstly, the hierarchical structure of MFR signal is constructed. On this basis, combined with cognitive characteristics, a cognitive jamming decision-making system is proposed, which makes the decision-making system of MFR jamming have certain cognitive ability. Secondly, the key technologies in the system are analyzed, including the construction and updating of jamming library and case library, the analysis of jamming effectiveness, and the jamming strategy based on reinforcement learning. It has important theoretical and pratical significance for the development of cognitive electronic warfare.
