体系工程驱动的装备体系可靠性设计流程与技术框架

摘要:

为系统性提升装备体系可靠性,解决体系可靠性需求论证、设计迭代等环节的关键问题,聚焦装备体系总体可靠性设计分析过程,建立体系工程驱动的装备体系可靠性设计流程与技术框架。首先,分析装备体系可靠性工程研究现状和通用特性,给出装备体系可靠性工程概念。然后,以体系工程活动(如需求分析、架构设计、集成验证)为主轴,给出涵盖全生命周期的装备体系可靠性技术框架,解构装备体系可靠性专业领域方向与应用技术谱系。最后,为满足装备体系与智能弹药集群等可靠性设计论证和评价需求,建立基于体系工程过程模型的装备体系总体可靠性设计分析流程框架,可为装备体系可靠性的顶层设计决策及具体工程实现等工作提供技术支撑。

Abstract:

To systemically enhance equipment system-of-systems (SoS) reliability and resolve critical issues in reliability requirement validation and design iteration cycles, this paper focuses on the overall equipment SoS reliability design and analysis process, and establishes the SoS-engineering (SoSE)-driven reliability design process and technical framework for equipment SoS. Firstly, the state-of-the-art of reliability engineering and generic characteristics of equipment SoS are analyzed, proposing a conceptual for equipment SoS reliability engineering. Subsequently, with SoSE activities (encompassing requirement analysis, architecture design, and integration verification) serving as the backbone, a lifecycle-encompassing technical framework for equipment SoS reliability is established, deconstructing specialized domain orientations and applied technology hierarchies. Finally, to meet the reliability design demonstration and evaluation requirements for equipment SoS and intelligent ammunition swarms, a SoSE-process-model-based framework for equipment SoS overall reliability design and analysis is established, which can provide implementable technical support for top-level design decisions and engineering realization.
