摘要: 针对如何调度测控资源以满足航天器的长期管理阶段测控需求的问题进行了研究。分析了长期管理阶段需求的特点及对调度过程的影响,建立了测控任务模型,给出了测控需求满足程度的计算方法。在此基础上,设计了面向需求的航天测控资源调度算法,能够较好地保证卫星的测控需求得到满足。通过仿真算例验证了所提算法的有效性。

Abstract: The TT&C system resource scheduling problem in long-term management phase is studied.Based on the characteristic of TT&C requirement in this phase and its influence on the scheduling process,the degree which the requirement must be satisfied is calculated and a requirement-oriented algorithm is designed.The algorithm is verified with a simulation example.
