Abstract:

For the problem that traditional target threat evaluation is usually oriented only to a single type of target, a target threat evaluation index system is constructed from a system perspective and a system target threat evaluation method based on interval analytic hierarchy process-criteria importance through inter-criteria correlation-measurement alternatives and ranking according to compromise solution (IAHP-CRITIC-MARCOS) is proposed. Firstly, the IAHP and the CRITIC method are utilized to determine the subjective and objective weights of each criterion respectively. Secondly, based on the principle of minimal information identification, these weights are integrated to form a comprehensive weighting system, aimed at overcoming the limitations inherent to relying solely on single-weight methodologies. Then, the MARCOS is used to calculate threat value of each target and perform threat ranking. Finally, the results of target threat ranking using grey relational analysis (GRA), technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS), GRA-TOPSIS, and MARCOS are compared and analyzed, and the scientificity and effectiveness of the proposed method are validated.

Key words: target threat evaluation, criteria system, comprehensive weighting, measurement alternatives and ranking according to compromise solution (MARCOS)
