Abstract:

Under the traditional ship accompanying replenishment method, the path planning is relatively simple and does not consider the influence of the sea conditions such as wind and waves, which is unable to meet the requirements of the current distributed lethality naval warfare concept and its countermeasures. To this end, a multi-fleet underway replenishment path planning model is established, which comprehensively considered the impact of the complex sea conditions and replenishment time windows on ship replenishment. In order to solve the planning model, a path evaluation algorithm based on time step is proposed. Firstly, the marine resistance is used to calculate the ship resistance at each time step by using the marine meterologal forecast information. Then estimate the sailing time, waiting time and operation time of different candidate routes, so as to compare and get the optimal path. Simulation experiments prove that the superiority of the proposed algorithm and can provide decision support for distributed naval warfare replenishment.
