摘要:

指挥控制系统具有以软件形态为主、人机融合等特点, 数字模型构建难度大。针对上述问题, 提出指挥控制系统数字孪生成熟度模型。首先, 给出指挥控制系统数字孪生范畴, 分析其能力目标需求。其次, 提出指挥控制系统数字孪生成熟度模型与发展步骤, 从数字孪生可靠性、人的主观能动性、体系联动性、虚实空间实时性等方面剖析关键问题及解决思路。最后,建立指挥控制系统数字孪生关键技术体系,重点分析指控建模、智能认知决策、大数据挖掘、多模态互感、智能评估等关键技术及攻关思路。所提成熟度模型、关键技术体系能够为指挥控制系统数字孪生构建提供参考。

Abstract:

The command and control (C2) system has the characteristics of being mainly software oriented, and human-machine integration, which is difficult to construct C2's digital modeling. A maturity model of C2 system digital twin is proposed. Firstly, the category of C2 system digital twin is presented, and the capability goals and capability requirements of C2 system digital twin are analyzed. Secondly, a maturity model and the development steps of C2 system digital twin are proposed. Several solutions for key problems are analyzed by the aspects of the reliability of C2 system digital twin, human subjective initiative, system linkage, and real-time performance between virtual and real spaces. Finally, the key technical system of C2 system digital twin is established. Several key technologies and research ideas of C2 system digital twin are analyzed, including C2 modeling, intelligent cognitive decision-making, big data mining, multi-modal mutual inductance, and intelligent evaluation. The proposed maturity model and the key technical system can provide a reference for the construction of C2 system digital twin.
