幅度相位误差条件下的互质阵列DOA估计方法

DOA estimation method for coprime array under gain and phase error

摘要:

针对基于互质阵列的欠定波达方向(direction of arrival, DOA)估计方法在阵元幅相误差条件下性能急剧下降的问题, 提出一种基于校正阵元的互质阵列DOA估计方法。首先, 将阵列接收数据分解为两个子阵数据, 基于校正阵元对子阵分别进行幅相误差估计, 并将子阵幅相误差排序重组。然后, 对接收数据协方差矩阵进行误差补偿并扩展为高维的Toeplitz矩阵。最后, 基于矩阵填充理论对高维协方差矩阵进行空洞填充, 结合求根多重信号分类(root multiple signal classification, root-MUSIC)算法进行DOA估计。理论分析和仿真结果表明, 该方法可以实现互质阵列的幅相误差估计, 并通过误差补偿有效恢复幅相误差条件下的互质阵列DOA估计性能, 提高估计精度。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem that the performance of under determined direction of arrival (DOA) estimation method based on coprime array decreases sharply under the condition of array element gain and phase error, a coprime array DOA estimation method based on correction array element is proposed. Firstly, the received data of the array is decomposed into two sub array data, the gain and phase error of the sub array are estimated based on the correction array elements, and the gain and phase error of the sub array are sorted and reorganized. Then, the error of the received data covariance matrix is compensated and extended to a high-dimensional Toeplitz matrix. Finally, the high-dimensional covariance matrix is filled with holes based on the matrix filling theory, and the root multiple signal classification (root-MUSIC) algorithm is used for DOA estimation. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that this method can realize the gain and phase error estimation of Coprime array, effectively recover the DOA estimation performance of Coprime array under the condition of gain and phase error through error compensation, and improve the estimation accuracy.
