Optimal downlink power allocation strategy and beamforming algorithm

摘要: 针对下行链路的预编码问题,提出了一种基于二阶锥优化理论的求解方法。它将功率分配和波束形成的联合优化问题转变为一个单变量的凸优化问题,该凸规划问题实质上是一个二阶锥可表问题,因而可以利用内点法求取其全局最优解。更进一步,文章提出的算法还能对非精确的信道状态信息提供稳健性。仿真实验证明了算法的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the downlink precoding problem,a novel algorithm based on the theory of second-order cone programming is proposed.It reformulates the joint optimization problem of power allocation and beamforming as a convex optimization with single augment.In fact,it is a second-order cone programming problem,and thus can be solved by an interior-point algorithm.Furthermore,the proposed method is robust against imperfect channel state information.Simulations prove the validity of the proposed method.
