摘要:

基于模型的系统工程(model-based systems engineering, MBSE)能够提升复杂工程的总体设计能力和设计效率, 在工程领域得到了广泛应用, 但在载人航天工程领域尚处于起步阶段。在载人航天任务方案论证与方案设计阶段, 为了规范基于模型的需求分析与系统设计工作, 提出了任务需求分析的初步工作方法和流程。基于MBSE方法论和载人航天工程特点, 提出了开展任务需求分析、能力需求分析、系统架构设计、系统需求分析、仿真验证、需求发布6个步骤, 并以美国阿尔特弥斯计划为案例, 详述了需求分析的流程。为后续开发覆盖载人航天全任务周期的数字化设计和技术管理流程奠定了基础。

Abstract:

Model-based systems engineering (MBSE), which is able to improve the overall design ability and efficiency for the complex systems, has been widely employed in engineering domain. However, the application of MBSE in manned space engineering is still in its infancy. To regulate model-based requirements analysis and systems design during the project verification and design phase in manned space mission, the preliminary working methods and procedures for mission requirements analysis are proposed. Based on the methodology of MBSE and the characteristics of manned space engineering, the analysis process is proposed, including requirements analysis in mission level, requirements analysis in ability level, systems architecture design, requirements analysis in system level, simulation and validation, and requirements release. Finally, the U.S. Artemis project is utilized as the case study to show the detail analysis procedures. The proposed method lays the foundation for developing full-cycle digital design and technical management process for manned space engineering.
