Abstract:

The aerospace complex system faces many complex constraints and it has numberous test instructions and test data. Consequently, the design cost of test-firing-control process is expensive and the reliability is difficult to guarantee. In order to improve the test efficiency of test-firing-control process of aerospace complex systems and normalize the design steps, a parallel simulation engine is designed combining workflow technology and simulation technology, which not only realizes the process customization and visual drawing, but also simulates the test-firing-control process in parallel. Based on the Petri net, a logical evaluation method of test-firing-control process is proposed to verify the logical correctness of the process. It can also locate the problem nodes, which provides a more reliable basis for the optimization and adjustment of the process. The experimental results show that the development of the parallel simulation engine and the establishment of the logical evaluation algorithm greatly reduce the workload of process designers, which can accurately verify the logical problems and improve the reliability and efficiency of the process design.
