Modeling and repair capability analysis of military aircraft overhaul line

Abstract: In order to accurately grasp and effectively improve the military aircraft overhaul line capability, the Petri nets modeling and simulation method is used to carry out the overhaul line capability analysis. The overhaul line hierarchical model is established according to the characteristics of the military aircraft overhaul line. The hierarchical timed Petri nets are used to describe the discrete dynamic characteristics of the aircraft overhaul process, and the model rules are established based on the actual practice of overhaul. The capability-analysis-indicators are set up, and the constraint and promotion points of the overhaul line capability can be found at different levels through simulation. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model and method are verified through the case, which is of practical significance to the construction of military aircraft overhaul line capability.
