Abstract:

In order to ensure the efficient process management of civil aircraft development under the model-based system engineering (MBSE) background, analyzing the characteristics of the current civil aircraft development process and the challenges faced. On this basis, the overall framework of model-based civil aircraft development and the concept of model-based process lifecycle management (MBPLM) are planned. Based on the process model and its semantic structure and class definition, the MBPLM method which is widely used in the whole process of civil aircraft development is proposed, and the corresponding parallel architecture is designed. Finally, in order to improve the operability, the system modeling process management sequence, process analysis, and heterogeneous and isomorphic model management are demonstrated in the design of the cabin pressure control system of the classical civil aircraft. The proposed method can be applied to the development of complex systems represented by civil aircraft, while it can realize the relevance coordination of model development and process management under the background of MBSE, manage the whole development lifecycle process.

Key words: process management, civil aircraft, model-based system engineering (MBSE), model-based process lifecycle management (MBPLM)
