装备群保障规模预测方法研究

Equipments support footprint forecast method research

摘要: 从装备使用任务要求入手,围绕装备使用任务活动和装备保障活动进行分析,提出了装备使用任务活动频率及装备保障活动频率的计算方法,分析了保障资源在这些活动中的使用特点,将装备保障资源分为消耗型保障资源和占用型保障资源,通过描述装备保障资源在活动中被占用或被消耗的定量关系,对保障资源数量进行计算,进而根据这些资源的重量及体积参数,建立了装备群保障规模预测模型,可以根据装备群的使用任务要求对装备群保障规模进行预测.并以实际应用案例加以佐证,为装备系统部署性分析提供了方法和范例,为保障系统设计要求的制定与评估提供了重要参考依据.

Abstract: Equipment operation mission activity frequency and support activity frequency calculation method is presented focused on equipment operation mission activities and support activities analysis launching on equipment operation mission.Equipment support resources are divided into two evident categories which character as the activities where equipment support resources are processed or consumed.Equipment support resources quantity is forecasted via to decrypting equipment support resources consumption and occupancy quantify relationship.Equipments support footprint forecast model is constructed according to support resources weight and volume parameters.So equipments support footprint can be evaluation beginning with equipment operation mission requisition input,and a practical application case was given.It is proved that the presented model and analysis mythology is effective infrastructure theory support for equipment system deployment analysis and important reference for equipment logistics support system design requirements establishment and evaluation.
