Abstract:

In response to the challenges of material supply support and equipment maintenance support in military operations, a support relationship planning method is proposed that considers the balance between support demands and capabilities, along with the spatial location relationships between demand points and supply points. Firstly, the adjacency relationships among demand points are constructed using cellular automata in discrete spaces or the Delaunay triangulation algorithm in continuous spaces, forming an initial adjacency network of demand points. Then, based on this adjacency network, heuristic cell growth rules are designed to plan the support relationships between demand points and supply points. The resulting support relationships balance demands and capabilities while maintaining reasonable spatial location relationships, providing a viable solution for planning material supply support and equipment maintenance support schemes.

Key words: material supply support, equipment maintenance support, spatial partitioning, support relationship
