Measurement and optimization of generation and evolution of agile C2 organization

Abstract:

The agility measurement and optimization of command and control (C2) organization is an important research field. Aiming at the problem that the current research mainly focuses on organization design, resulting in limited scope, and the method itself is not systematic and comprehensive, it is proposed to carry out related research from the perspective of C2 organization generation and evolution, so as to achieve efficient measurement and optimization of organization agility. Based on the analysis of the conceptual connotation of the generation and evolution of C2 organization and C2 organization design, the specific contents of the generation and evolution of C2 organization is analyzed from the hierarchical perspective. The principle, process and specific classification of C2 organization generation robustness and evolution adaptability are analyzed respectively. According to the specific content of C2 organization generation and evolution, the generation robustness and evolution adaptability are measured and optimized respectively.
