Abstract:

In order to maximize the effectiveness of air defense in modern joint air defense operations, the red side can make the optimal force allocation according to the firepower allocation of the blue side. From the perspective of key air defense tasks, the combat force allocation is modeled and optimized, and the effectiveness of the optimized force allocation is evaluated. Firstly, the mission background is selected as offshore small-scale local war, and the complex combat situation is abstracted to obtain the model. The model is optimized and solved to obtain the optimal force allocation result of the red side. A new method is proposed to simplify the solution of the limited binomial distribution expectation, obtain the expectation of successful penetration of various offensive forces of the blue side and the expectation of average loss of key points of the red side, and use this value to quantitatively evaluate the force allocation efficiency of joint air defense. Finally, an example is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the model.

Key words: air defense operations, optimization, force allocation, effectiveness evaluation, binomial distribution
