储供基地支援保障能力评估混合算法

摘要:

针对战时物资储供能力评估缺少有效模型算法的问题,分析了储供基地战时物资供应保障的主要影响因素和关键环节,建立了储供基地支援保障能力评估指标体系,提出综合运用定义量化、考核评价、模糊算法、层次分析、排队网络和指数综合等算法,计算其人员素质、仓储、装卸、投送、指挥控制、信息保障等指标的值,最后给出了综合保障能力评估模型算法。实例分析验证了所提算法的有效性,为战时作战物资仓储供应保障辅助决策和信息系统设计提供依据。

Abstract:

In view of the lack of effective model algorithm for wartime material storage and supply capacity evaluation, the main influencing factors and key links of wartime material supply support of storage and supply base is analyzed. The evaluation index system of support capacity of storage and supply base is established. And the comprehensive use of algorithms such as definition quantification, assessment and evaluation, fuzzy algorithm, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), queuing network, and index synthesis is putted forward to calculate its personnel quality, storage, loading and unloading, delivery, command and control, information support and other indicators. Finally, the algorithm of comprehensive support capability evaluation model is given. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by an example analysis, which provides a basis for the auxiliary decision-making of wartime war materiel storage and supply support and the design of information system.
