预警作战体系超网络建模及结构分析

摘要:

针对预警作战体系的特殊性,在多视图模型要素基础上,抽取作战任务、作战活动、作战能力和武器系统等实体类元模型及其相关关系类元模型,构建预警作战体系超网络。其次,分别从一模、二模、三模3个层次分析预警作战体系的结构性质,提出系统重要度、系统实际能力水平、系统能力缺失、系统能力冗余、系统潜在能力水平、系统协同需求等测度指标。最后,给出了打破传统树形指挥结构、重点发展以卫星通讯系统为主的战略支援力量,灵活使用战略指控系统等建议。

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of warning combat system, a supernetwork is proposed, which includes operational tasks, operational activities, operational capabilities, weapon systems and other relational meta-models. Then, its structural properties are analyzed with complex network, bipartite network, and three-mode network. The weapon system is evaluated by six indexes including system importance, system actual capability, system capability needs, system capability waste, system potential capability and system negotiation. Finally, evidence presented suggests that it is helpful to break the traditional tree-like hierarchical command structure, giving priority to the strategic support force, especially satellite communications system and flexibly operating strategic control and command system.
