不可修复产品的组合维修和备件供应策略

摘要:

为了保证产品的技术状态,避免发生失效,部分不可修复产品会采取定期维护与视情更换的组合维修策略,其中备件供应直接影响产品的维修能力。针对该类产品,重点对其组合维修策略和备件供应策略进行了联合优化研究。首先,分析了定期维护条件下产品的性能变化特点,结合累积失效理论,利用复合泊松过程建立了该条件下产品的性能退化模型;其次,给出了组合维修与备件供应策略要求,并构建了产品维修和备件供应概率模型;再次,建立了以产品长期运行条件下费用率最低为目标的优化模型,对维护周期、预防性更换阈值、备件供应时刻等策略值进行了优化确定;最后,利用算例分析了费用率与策略值之间的关系,并说明了该策略的优点。

Abstract:

In order to ensure product state and avoid failure, some unrepairable products may adopt the maintenance strategy which combines scheduled servicing with preventive replacing, and the ability of spare supply plays an important role in the maintenance. For this kind of product, the combined maintenance and spare supply strategy are reached deeply. Firstly, the characters of performance on scheduled servicing are analyzed. Considering the cumulative failure theory, the performance deteriorate model is established by the composite Poisson process. Secondly, the requirements of combined maintenance and spare supply are given. On the basis of it, the probability model is also given. Thirdly, the optimization model is developed to determine the optimal servicing period, preventive replacing threshold and spare supply time, with an objective to minimize the pro-ducts long-run cost rate. Finally, the relationship between the cost rate and strategy values is analyzed by numerical examples. It also demonstrates the advantages of the strategy.
