摘要: 由于影响舰载机出动的因素复杂多样,且具有层次性、矛盾性和相关性等特点,因此利用主观的层次分析法难以准确获得客观的评估结果。为此,提出一种基于主成分约简与突变级数相结合的两级综合评估。首先,采用主成分约简,将相关的指标转换成相互独立分量,并根据贡献度确定主分量。其次,利用突变级数对约简后的主分量进行处理,实现两级综合评估。最后,以“尼米兹”航母高强度演习为例,对舰载机出动能力进行综合评估,将所得结果与层次分析法相比较,验证给出方法的有效性和可靠性。该方法易实现,消除评估指标之间的相关关系的影响,不用权重,大大减少评估的主观性,解决传统的评估方法对矛盾目标难以处理的问题。

Abstract: Due to the complexity and diversity of the factors affecting sortie generation of carrier aircraft, it is difficult to obtain an objective evaluation result by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In this paper, a two-level evaluation method based on the combination of reduction and sudden change progression is proposed. Firstly, the reduction is used to convert the related indexes into independent components. Secondly, the sudden change progression is used to deal with the reduction of the principal components. Finally, the “Nimitz” aircraft carrier data in 1997 are taken as an example. The evaluation results are compared with the analytic hierarchy process to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method. The method is easy to implement and eliminates the influence of the correlation between the evaluation indexes, which can greatly reduce the subjectivity of the evaluation. The problem that the traditional evaluation method is difficult to deal with the conflicting objectives is solved by the proposed method.
