摘要:

合理的兵力组织指挥控制结构能提高兵力组织的整体作战效能。首先介绍了兵力组织的组成要素,提出了兵力组织扁平化指挥控制结构的数学描述方法。在其基础上分析了扁平化指挥控制结构设计问题,以均衡和最小化组织中各决策单元的负载水平为目标建立了相应的优化模型。最后提出了一种多目标模糊离散粒子群求解算法,并结合联合作战算例证明了算法的有效性和优越性。

Abstract:

Reasonable command and control (C2) structure of army organization will improve an army organization’s operational efficiency. First, the components of an army organization are introduced and a mathematical description method for flattening command and control structure of army organization (FC2SAO) is proposed. then the design problem of FC2SAO is analyzed on that basis. And an optimal model is built for the problem with purposes to balance and minimize the workload of each decisionmaking unit in an organization. A multiobjective fuzzy discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the model. The availability and superiority of the algorithm is proved with a case of joint campaign.
