Abstract:

Nowadays, it is difficult to assess the combat capabilities of the equipment system of systems effectively. Because the military threats in the future are uncertain and untraceable, the whole goals of the combat capabilities of the equipment system of systems cannot be described clearly. However, the tasks describe the operating ways of the equipment system of systems abstractly, which can help us to analyze the capabilities. Thus, focusing on the tasks of the equipment system of systems, a new taskoriented requirement satisfactory degree analysis method for combat capabilities is proposed. According to the house of quality of combat tasks and capabilities, the combat capabilities requirements analysis model for missions and tasks and the combinatorial weight calculation model are built firstly. Then, comparing the required combat capabilities with the inherent combat capabilities, the satisfactory degree model for missions and tasks is studied. And then a domainoriented multidimension combat capability analysis method is discussed, which can help to analyze the whole combat capability and the combat capabilities in different functional domains comprehensively. Finally, the combat capabilities of a surface assault equipment system of systems are analyzed with this method. The results verify the effectiveness and usability of the method.
