雷达目标自动识别系统的拒识新算法

Novel refuse-recognition algorithm of radar automatic target recognition system

摘要: 提出了一种基于代价因子的Fisher判别函数拒识门限确定算法.该算法充分考虑了系统识别和误识的代价因子,引入Fisher判决理论,确定了拒识门限.设计了基于独立分量分析(independent component analy-sis,ICA)的雷达目标特征提取方法,将雷达高分辨距离像(high resolution range profile,HRRP)在"基信号"域中分解,提取相应的基系数组成向量,作为目标特征向量.采用基于欧氏距离度量的K最近邻(K nearest neighbor,KNN)分类器作为识别系统的分类规则,并引入拒识门限设计了一种新的分类器.实验结果表明,基于以上算法的雷达目标识别系统在最小代价前提下具有较高的正确识别概率.

Abstract: A new method of searching the refuse-recognition algorithm is proposed,and the cost factor is employed to form the Fisher adjudgement function.The cost factor of correct-recognition and error-recognition is used in confirming the algorithm,which is the element of the Fisher adjudgement function.The method of independent component analysis(ICA) is proposed to extract some features of radar target high resolution range profile(HRRP),which is decomposed in the field of "base signals".The coefficients are extracted to form vectors as the target's feature vector.The K nearest neighbor(KNN) classifier is employed as the classifying rule,which is based on the Euclid's distance,and a new classifier is designed through adopting the refuse-recognition threshold.Experiment results show that the proposed method performs better and has the lowest cost.
