Research on support equipment number determination model basing on item repair policy

摘要: 介绍了故障产品维修过程并在次基础上分析故障产品批送修数量影响因素及确定方法;基于排队理论建立了在故障产品不同送修策略下的保障设备数量确定通用模型,解决了非单件送修策略下的保障设备数量确定问题;利用模型分析了保障设备数量和故障产品每批次送修量对平均等待维修时间的影响及变化趋势;最后将研究结论应用于实例分析.

Abstract: The repair process,factors affecting batch size and its determination method are analyzed.Basing on the queue theory,a universal model of calculating the support equipment quantity under the condition of different sending policy is proposed and which is different from the routine method which is established on the base of one by one replenishing.Through the model the first difference and second difference of the number of support equipment and the batch size are analyzed and which are all have influence on the waiting time.In the end,the model is also used in a numerical study.
