Study on optimal handover band on multi-carrier

摘要: 为了能最大化网络容量、最优化链路质量、最小化网络建设及运行维护成本,以导频信号强度和链路质量为切换控制策略,对最佳切换带的设计方法及评估要素、所涉及的网络单元或功能、与网络规划和网络优化的相互关系等问题进行了分析讨论。最后,在适度考虑终端移动速度分布模型的基础上,通过仿真分析给出了不同条件下切换算法各参数的推荐值。

Abstract: In order to maximize network capacity,optimize radio link quality and minimize network construct and run maintenance cost,this paper brings forward the design method of optimal handover band,evaluation elements and relationship between network unit and network planning under the condition of handover strategy based on pilot frequency signal and radio link quality.Finally,there are some handover parameters to be recommended with simulation according to different conditions based on the model of terminal movement taken into account moderately.
