摘要:

对由混合数据、多类型的赋权方法、多结构的集结方式等组成的广义混合型决策信息,研究该类决策信息的综合集成和求解问题。首先以传统的决策流程为底层框架,对广义混合型决策信息进行分类整合,构建信息集成框架;然后,从随机模拟视角分析了信息集成框架的求解方法并归纳了求解的基本步骤。在此基础上,通过导弹方案的选择问题对本文给出方法的具体应用进行了说明,并验证了该方法的有效性。本文通过构建信息集成框架的方式解决了多类型决策信息的融合难题,且实现了信息集成框架的柔性求解。该研究可为民主决策中多来源、多类型决策信息的融合提供技术参考。

Abstract:

To the generalized hybrid information which is composed of hybrid data, multi-types weighting methods and multi-structure aggregation models, this paper studies the question of their synthetic integration and calculation method. Firstly, the generalized hybrid information is classified and integrated by the traditional decision process, and an associated information integration framework is constructed. Secondly, the solution method of this information integration framework is analyzed from the aspect of stochastic simulation, and the solution steps are summarized. Based on this, the application of this method is illustrated by the example of missile selecting, and the validity is also tested. The problem of multi-types information fusion is solved by an information integration framework, and a more flexible method for the solving of the information integration framework is developed. Therefore, this research can provide technical reference for multisources and multi-types information’s fusion in the field of democratic decision-making.
