摘要:

证据理论因具有较强的不确定性信息表达及处理能力,在信息融合系统中具有广泛的应用。然而,经典的证据组合规则假设证据之间相互独立,这在实际系统中往往难以成立。忽略证据间的相关关系,可能导致不合理的融合结果,甚至出现决策失误。因此,如何有效地融合相关证据是证据理论中一个不可避免的、重要的研究课题。通过归纳和比较国内外该方向上的研究成果,将现有的相关证据融合方法分为修改Dempster组合规则方法和修改证据源方法,并分别剖析各类方法的思路、优缺点及相互关系。最后,讨论了相关证据融合研究中存在的问题并指出未来的研究趋势。

Abstract:

The evidence theory is widely applied in the information fusion system due to its flexibility in representing and handling uncertainty information. However, the classical evidence theory assumes that evidence is independent, which is unrealistic. The ignorance of dependence among evidence may cause an unreasonable result. Thus, how to combine dependent evidence effectively is an inevitable and important issue. In this paper, the combination methods of dependent evidence are divided into two categories from the points of the modification of the Dempster’s combination rule and the modification of evidence source. The basic ideas, advantages and disadvantages of these methods, as well as their relationships are analyzed. Finally, the shortcomings of the present methods and the possible research directions in the future are discussed.
