摘要:

舰载机机库维修能力是制约舰载机机群可用度乃至出动、作战能力的关键要素, 为提升舰载机机库维修效率并减轻传统人工制定维修计划的负担, 研究了舰载机机群机库维修任务调度方法。首先, 系统分析了舰载机机群机库维修任务调度的作业流程模式, 基于维修资源约束, 面向实际维修任务需求, 提出了将舰载机机群波次可用度指标和机库维修人员负载均衡性指标作为分层优化目标, 建立了舰载机机群机库维修任务调度模型。其次, 将模型抽象为多技能资源受限项目调度问题, 提出了基于资源约束推进的串行调度机制, 并设计了混合教与学优化算法。最后, 通过设计仿真案例和算法对比, 验证了模型和算法的可行性与有效性, 所提出的混合教与学算法具备更好的收敛速度和优化性能, 有一定的工程借鉴意义。

Abstract:

The maintenance capacity of carrier-based aircraft fleet in hangar is the key factor that restricts the availability of carrier-based aircraft fleet and even the capacity to take off and fight. In order to improve the maintenance efficiency of carrier-based aircraft fleet in hangar and ease the burden of manual made maintenance scheduling by traditional, the maintenance task scheduling of the carrier-based aircraft fleet in hangar is studied. Firstly, the maintenance process of carrier-based aircraft fleet maintenance task scheduling in hanger is systematacially analyzed. Based on the maintenance resource constraints, facing actual maintenance task requirements, the objective of carrier-based aircraft fleet wave availability and the load balance of hangar maintenance staff is proposed, and the maintenance task scheduling model of carrier-based aircraft in hangar is established. Secondly, the model is abstracted into multi-skill resource-constrained project scheduling problem, the serial scheduling generation scheme of resource-constrained is put forward and a hybrid teaching-learning-based optimization algorithm is proposed. Finally, the results of simulation and algorithms'comparison show that the proposed model and hybridteaching-learning-based optimization algorithm are feasible and effective. The optimization algorithm is better in convergence speed and optimized performance, and has wider application scope in this field.
