Abstract:

Focusing on the solution of uncertain hybrid multi-sensor alliance, a method under PEV principle is proposed. Firstly, objective function is built aiming at improving the sensor resource utilization and target tracking accuracy. Then, uncertain hybrid multi-sensor alliance model is established under the restraint of sensor tracking ability. Furthermore, by using uncertain ideal point method and PEV principle, uncertain model is converted to a certain model. Finally, improved selected strategy firework algorithm is designed to obtain the effective solution to the model, and sensor management mechanism which by prediction and re-prediction is proposed to realize the dynamic control of the sensor alliance update process. Simulation results show that dealing with uncertain hybrid multi-sensor alliance model under PEV principle is feasibility and effectiveness, in the meantime, the algorithm and sensor management mechanism proposed are better than other comparison algorithms and mechanisms in solution quality, tracking accuracy and the fitness to the combat environment.

Key words: PEV principle, uncertain sensor alliance, improved firework algorithm, target tracking accuracy
