Abstract:

Aiming at the shortcomings of high bit error rate (BER) caused by the multi-level mode transmission of multi-ary information in the traditional differential chaos shift keying (DCSK) system, a multi-user orthogonal multi-level differential chaos shift keying (MOM-DCSK) communication system is proposed. The system maps the transmitted multi-ary information into different transmission coefficients, and the multiple transmission coefficients are multiplied by the corresponding Walsh code and modulated on the information bearing signal, which can transmite multi-user information through different delays. The BER formula of the system in the additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel and the multi-path Rayleigh fading channel is derived, and the simulation analysis is carried out. The results show that the system has better bit error performance when the multi-ary information is transmitted, and has a good practical application value in the field of the multi-user transmission.
