Abstract:

To further enhance the design efficiency of in-orbit material supply mission for manned spacecraft and better cope with mission changes and adjustments, through the model based systems engineering (MBSE) approach, the correlations among multiple-dimensional elements such as top-level mission, material supply requirements, transportation capabilities of spacecraft types, and transportation costs are established. Research on the design methods of in-orbit material supply mission is carried out, and the transportation cost index is introduced for multi-objective trade-offs, enabling the rapid acquisition of in-orbit material supply mission arrangements that both meet mission requirements and are economically viable. Through the application of MBSE approach for overall analysis and design, it verifies that the model-based approach is easy to conduct correlation and influence domain analysis, effectively enhancing design efficiency. The approach provides a reference for transportation mission arrangement in fields such as deep space exploration and aviation, and lays a foundation for the subsequent exploration of digital design for overall manned spaceflight missions.

Key words: model-based systems engineering (MBSE), manned space, requirement analysis
