基于正循环的战略管理齿链模型

Abstract

Abstract:

The construction of strategic management conceptual models is one of the cutting-edge directions in current strategic management theory research. Based on the positive cycle mechanism of strategic management, a strategic management gear-chain model is established. The three elements of strategic management, "driving gear", "chain", and "driven gear", are deconstructed. The mechanism of the operation of the strategic management gear-chain model is analyzed. The concept of "goal-structure-resources" to deepen and enhance endogenous driving forces, closely connect links to enhance chain strength, ensure stable and efficient operation of institutional mechanisms "lubricants", and move towards intelligence towards the future—four methods to improve the operational efficiency of strategic management gear-chain models is proposed. It has promoted the evolution of positive cycle iteration in strategic management, providing theoretical reference for understanding, improving, and strengthening strategic management.
