Abstract:

Weapon target assignment (WTA) for strategic location on the sea is a key link in air defense and antimissile operations, and it is a typical combined optimization problem. Aiming at the uncertainty, complexity and dynamics of the air defense and antimissile battlefield situation in strategic location on the sea, a fuzzy dynamic WTA (DWTA) method based on non-dominated sorting multi-objective quantum genetic algorithm (NS-MOQGA) is proposed. Firstly, under certain conditions, a multi-target DWTA model with the goal of defense efficiency and combat resource consumption is established. Then, according to the uncertainty of the battlefield situation, a multi-target fuzzy DWTA model is constructed, and the fuzzy problem is equivalently described as a deterministic problem using the expected value method, and a linearization method is proposed based on the characteristics of the nonlinear problem. Finally, the improved NS-MOQGA algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has a good convergence effect.

Key words: strategic location on the sea, air defense and antimissile, weapon target assignment (WTA), multi-objective fuzzy programming
