Generative method of SOS capability maps based on GAN

Abstract:

System of systems (SOS) capability map is a visual manifestation of SOS capability. It is a description of the holistic capability from the perspective of SOS. It is an important method of SOS capability analysis. Using the method of generative adversarial networks (GAN) to complete the prediction from system characteristics to system capability map is proposed. Reasonable network architecture and loss function are designed, and the model is trained by SOS feature and capability map samples obtained from the SOS testbed. Compared with the traditional experimental methods, the proposed method can not only obtain the capability map quickly, but also directly obtain the multi-dimensional capability map according to the change of the SOS, providing real-time auxiliary analysis for the operation.
