Predictivereactive dynamic scheduling strategy for carrieraircraft support in uncertain environment

Abstract: To solve the uncertainty and dynamic problem about the maintenance and service support of carrier aircraft, the predictivereactive scheduling strategy for dynamic support problem is researched. A double population genetic algorithm is designed in the prescheduling. The double justification is integrated into the evolutionary process of alternating iterations of leftward and rightward populations to improve the global optimality. A robustness proactive scheduling with buffer time can be achieved. In the reactivity scheduling, the reactivity scheduling model based on the objective of minimize the operation time and adjustment cost in setup, a hierarchical dual objective variable neighborhood search (VNS) algorithm based on the baseline scheduling is designed for adjusting the baseline prescheduling. The selfadaption VNS algorithm can make a local adjustment to the prescheduling and make a better optimization on efficiency and stability of reactive scheduling. Then 5 different reactive scheduling strategies are designed to carry out local adjustment and analysis about the prescheduling of the different support carrier aircraft aircrews with different disruptions. The research can provide decision support for making the prescheduling and dynamic reactivity adjustment scheduling for carrier aircrafts in the uncertain environment.
