Abstract:

The evaluation of the effectiveness of ground service for transit flights is one of the key issues in improving the operating efficiency and decision-making capability of airports and airlines. Considering the complexity and particularity of the process, the operational indicator system for transit flights ground service is established and a time-varying cooperative entropy weight method is designed based on the entropy weight method. According to the layered results of the operational indicator system, a dynamic operational effectiveness assessment method of ground service for transit flights is proposed. Using the actual operation data verification analysis of a hub airport in China, an objective real-time assessment is performed for the key nodes of a certain flight ground service. Through contrast experiments with the entropy-weighted method and the classical method, it is shown that the comprehensive evaluation results can better reflect the actual operation of ground service for the over the station flight.
