Evaluation of equipment’s dependability taking maintenance into consideration

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem that the maintenance is usually ignored in the evaluation of equipment’s dependability, a method of evaluation taking maintenance into consideration is proposed. The method for evaluating -units’- mission reliability on basis of imperfect repair and the method for evaluating mission maintainability of repairable unit constitution are analyzed. On the purpose of proving the validity of the method, a case is showed.
