Abstract:

The main barrier in the fault safety analysis of the large-scale mechanic-electronichydraulic system is the lack of historical fault data. Aiming at this problem, a fault safety analysis method based on virtual prototyping is proposed. Its demonstration platform is designed and constructed. The realization methods of core techniques involved in the platform are introduced, including the establishment and validation of virtual prototyping, failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) based on fault simulation, probabilistic risk analysis based on Monte Carlo and early warning of key parameters based on generalized regression neural network (GRNN). On this basis, the demonstration platform is constructed with integration of several software environments. The case study of the steering system shows that the proposed techniques can relieve the lack of historical data effectively and the demonstration platform could meet the demand of fault safety analysis of the mechanic-electronic-hydraulic system.
