Abstract:
The design of a fuzzy back-stepping control of a flexible air-breathing hypersonic vehicle with actuator constraints is discussed. Novel auxiliary systems are developed to compensate both the tracking errors and desired control laws, which guarantees the boundedness of the closed-loop system and tracking errors even when the physical limitations are on actuators. The back-stepping controller with fuzzy logic systems is applied to approximate the lumped uncertainty of the model. The sliding mode differentiator is introduced to obtain the derivatives of virtual control laws, which avoids the explosion of differentiation terms in the traditional back-stepping control. Finally, reference trajectory tracking simulation shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
