Abstract:

A capability planning method for equipment systems based on dynamic replenishment of resources is proposed to address issues such as capability development sequence generation and resource recycling in capability planning processes. Considering the limitations of the volume of cyclic resources, a multi-objective capability planning model with time and cost objectives is established. By employing a two-stage capability planning solution method, a capability development sequence generation method based on a hybrid algorithm combining Kahn and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA Ⅱ), as well as a capability resource solution method based on dynamic replenishment of resources are introduced. Focusing on a specific weapon system of systems (WSoS), the system of systems(SoS) capability structure system and capability planning network diagram are established. By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the resource assumption costs are obtained, providing feasible solutions incorporating elements such as time, cost, and resource volume. The capability development process and resource consumption are analyzed based on Gantt charts, providing decision-making support for equipment system demonstration and design.

Key words: weapon system of systems (WSoS), capability planning, dynamic replenishment of resources, hybrid genetic algorithm
