Abstract:

Capability based planning is the main idea of developing weapon system of systems (WSoS), and the capability index designning is an important content, but it lacks quantitative model in recently research. To solve this problem, the generating process and planning of the operational capability index of WSoS are analyzed firstly, the expected effectiveness concept is proposed based on the prospect theory, and the S value function model is established secondly. Finally, the feasibility of modeling is verified by the analysis and design of the new type attack helicopter operational capability index. This model provides a new design method for quantitative analysis of the operational capability of WSoS.
