Abstract:

Due to factors such as path fading in communication signal propagation, the transmission and reception of radar measurement data and resource scheduling data are random in the netted radar system. In this paper, the random packet loss variable is introduced to characterize the randomness of data reception, and the multi-target tracking power allocation model of netted radar under packet loss state is established. The expected lower bound of multi-target tracking error of the model is derived. Finally, a mathematical optimization model is established to minimize the weighted expected tracking error lower bound of the target threat under the condition of certain total power, and solved by the convex optimization algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the target tracking accuracy in various scenarios, compared with the power allocation algorithms without considering the random packet loss variable.
