Improved Gaussian cloud model and its application in equipment support system capability evaluation

Abstract:

An improved Gaussian cloud model is proposed to solve the problem that the cloud model is prone to poor atomization characteristics and the evaluation results cannot be directly used in the evaluation process. Based on the expert evaluation results of the same index, the model uses the similarity relation matrix to cluster and assign weight to the experts, solves the evaluation Gaussian cloud model of each type of expert, and combines it with the weight to form the evaluation cloud model of the evaluation index. The evaluation cloud model of all indexes is integrated to form a comprehensive evaluation cloud. The evaluation results are obtained by comparing the comprehensive evaluation cloud with the cloud ruler. This method is used to evaluate the capability of equipment support system, and the evaluation results are compared with the traditional cloud model, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved Gaussian cloud model, and provides a reference for its application in the evaluation method.
