Abstract:

For acquiring the realistic demand of maximizing the integral operational ability of equipment, the optimal allocation of equipment develop cost is carried out among the equipment constituent units, the steam power system of ship including boiler, main steam turbine, main condenser, turbine driven feed pump is selected as study object. The relation model between the costs and the overall performance of power system is established utilizing system dynamics method, which is translated into the optimization model of each equipment cost structure for the power system on the system dynamics simulation platform. The special rules of cost allocation among the equipment constituent units of power system are found out by system analysis and contrasting the simulation results. The minimum cost of the power system and the optimal allocation structure among each equipment are determined under the condition of power invariability. And the cost structure optimization method based on the theory of system dynamics is formed, which can face the maximization system performance on the equipment constituent units.

Key words: system performance, cost structure, system dynamics optimization, equipment constituent unit
