Cooperative spectrum sensing method against SSDF attacks based on composite entropy and evidence theory

摘要:

针对协作频谱感知中, 频谱感知数据篡改(spectrum sensing data falsification, SSDF)攻击导致的感知性能恶化问题, 在次级用户中恶意用户占比小于一半的情况下, 提出一种基于复合熵和证据理论的抗SSDF攻击协作频谱感知方法。首先, 次级用户根据本地感知统计量计算基本概率分配(basic probability assignment, BPA)信息。然后, 融合中心根据BPA计算距离值并进行熵处理得到复合熵, 再以复合熵为权重对BPA信息进行调整, 降低恶意用户的权重。最后, 针对证据理论中Dempster融合公式的弊端, 采用加权求和法代替传统的融合公式。仿真结果表明, 和已有方法相比, 在不同类型的SSDF攻击下, 所提算法具有较好的感知性能。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of sensing performance deterioration caused by spectrum sensing data falsification (SSDF) attacks in cooperative spectrum sensing, when the proportion of malicious users in secondary users is less than half, an anti-SSDF attacks cooperative spectrum sensing method based on composite entropy and evidence theory is proposed. Firstly, secondary users compute basic probability assignment (BPA) information based on local perception statistics. Secondly, the fusion center calculates the distance value according to the BPA and performs entropy processing to obtain the composite entropy, and then uses the composite entropy as the weight to adjust the BPA information to reduce the weight of malicious users. Finally, in view of the disadvantages of Dempster's fusion formula in evidence theory, the weighted summation method is used to replace the traditional fusion formula. The simulation results show that, compared with the other existing methods, the proposed method has better sensing performance under different types of SSDF attacks.
