摘要:

当前网络和信息技术的发展为C4ISR(command, control, communication computer, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance,C4ISR)系统的灵活性提出了更大的挑战。灵活性存在于C4ISR系统的多个方面,其中结构灵活性是系统灵活性的支撑。首先明确了系统结构灵活性的基本内涵,然后采用OPDAR(observer, processor, decision, actor, relationship)模型构建系统结构,改进并应用了制造业中车间产品模型的灵活性分析思想,提出基于动态调整的C4ISR系统结构灵活性分析方法。最后对两种联合防空系统的系统结构进行灵活性分析,证明了方法的可行性。

Abstract:

The current development of network and information technology proposes unprecedented challenges for the C4ISR (command, control, communication computer, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance) system flexibility. Flexibility exists many aspects in system and structure flexibility is the main support. We first put forward the structure flexibility analysis problem of the C4ISR system, then utilize the OPDAR (observer, processor, decision, actor, relationship) model to build the system structure, improve and apply the flexibility idea of the workshopproduct model in the manufacturing field, and propose a system structure flexibility analysis method based on dynamic adjustment. Finally, we comparatively analyze two kinds of structure of the regional joint air defense system, and verify the effectiveness of the proposed analysis method.
