摘要:

在无线网络中,终端的能量通常都是有限的。为了延长终端的寿命,需要更加高效地使用其有限的能量资源。在假设恒定传输功率的情景下,通过将终端的传输问题建模成为马尔可夫决策过程(Markov decision process, MDP),提出了一种高能效传输策略。仿真结果表明,与以往的门限传输策略相比较,在满足通信性能要求的前提下,所提出的传输策略可有效地减少能量耗费,延长终端的寿命。

Abstract:

In wireless networks, terminals are usually energyconstrained. To extend the lifetime of the wireless terminals, the limited energy must be utilized in an efficient manner. Under the assumption of constant power transmission, by modeling the transmission problem as a Markov decision process, an energyefficient transmission policy (EETP) is proposed for the terminals. Simulation results shows that compared with threshold transmission policy (TTP), the proposed policy can reduce the energy consumption and significantly extend the terminal’s lifetime significantly.
