Abstract:

The multiple attribute decision making problem with preference information on alternatives under the hesitant fuzzy environment is studied. Each evaluation value provided by decision makers for the projects has a corresponding confidence level denoting the degree that the decision makers are familiar with the professional field. Based on the confidence levels, some formulas of hesitant fuzzy correlation measure are proposed, and their relationship is also discussed. A mathematical model based on the correlation measure between subjective and objective preference information on alternatives is constructed to obtain the attribute weights. A hesitant fuzzy multiple attribute decision making method with confidence levels and preference information on alternatives is presented. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the validity of the proposed method.
